Stuart joined the team at Nantwich Farm Vets after graduating from The University of Liverpool in 2007 & has practised as a dairy veterinarian ever since, working with some of the UK’s largest herds in both a primary & a consulting capacity. Completing a Diploma in Bovine Reproduction in 2012 allowed him to develop a deeper understanding of factors influencing reproductive success. Stuart evolved his approach to reproductive management over the subsequent years after developing a profound interest in monitoring and modelling the technical & economic performance of dairy herds. He enjoys combining his skills in trying to answer otherwise-unanswerable questions.
Although he continues to work as a veterinarian for certain existing clients, Stuart is a director of Define:Ag Limited, providing consultancy & high-level data science skills for the dairy industry and beyond.
